Vinny is an AI-powered sports betting and prediction markets information service delivered via SMS/iMessage. The Service provides:

Personalized alerts and notifications
Eligibility
You must be:

Located in a jurisdiction where sports betting information services are legal
Capable of forming a binding contract
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Payment
Pricing
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Billing
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
Free Trials
If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically
You may cancel during the trial period without charge
Acceptable Use

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Share your account access with others
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
Send spam or unauthorized messages through the Service
Use the Service if you are a problem gambler or have a gambling addiction
Rely solely on the Service for betting decisions
Hold us responsible for any betting losses

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vinny and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment
Any reason at our sole discretion
Changes to Terms
